ORDINANCE NO. 1784

AN ORDINANCE MAKING BULK DEVELOPMENTS CONDITIONAL USES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the following sections of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended in the following manner:

1. That Sections 3(b)(2)A; 3(b)(3)A; 3(b)(4)A; 3(b)(5)A; 3(b)(5a)A; 3(b)(6)A be amended by deleting as a permitted residential use category 1.8.

2. That Sections 3(b)(2)B; 3(b)(3)B; 3(b)(4)B; 3(b)(5)B; 3(b)(5a)B and 3(b)(6)B be amended by adding the following conditional use:

Residential Use 1.8.
