ORDINANCE NO. 1790

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning of the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

The West 200 feet of the South Half of the South Half of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian, except the West 15 feet as described in document recorded in Book 520 on Page 105, in the records of the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder,

from R1C (Residential) to C-1 (Commercial - Light).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 1979.
