ORDINANCE NO. 1791

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

WHEREAS, an alley within the City, as hereinafter described, has been petition for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Grand Junction Planning Commission, and would not result in any hardship to the City of Grand Junction or the inhabitants thereof;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That an alley within the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, and described as:

That 20 foot alley between Lots 13 and 14, Block 1, Arcadia Village,

be and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 1979.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1791, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 20th day of December, 1978, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
