ORDINANCE NO. 1795

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT.

WHEREAS, the easement hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the easement for utilities situate in Mesa County, Colorado, and described as:

The East 3 feet of the ten-foot easement located on the West end of Lot 1, ROKO SUBDIVISION,

be and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 1979.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1795, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 17th day of January, 1979, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
