ORDINANCE NO. 1802

AN ORDINANCE DELETING REFERENCE TO STREET STANDARDS IN CODE SECTIONS OF THE CITY ORDINANCES SUPERSEDED BY OTHER STANDARDS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

1. That Section 3.b(15)A.6 of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be repealed.

2. That the following sections of Chapter 27 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be repealed: 27-3.2, paragraphs b through j, inclusive; 27-3.5 and 27-4.4.
