ORDINANCE NO. 1810

AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE DEPOSITING OF REFUSE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That Section 14-10(C) (1) be amended by the addition thereto of a subsection (c) which shall read as follows:

Section 14-10. Precollection Practices.

(C), (1):

"(c) No person shall place or deposit his refuse in the container of another or in a manner so that it will be collected as though it had been generated by that other."
