ORDINANCE NO. 1818

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian, thence North 90° West along the South line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 7, 119.5 feet, thence North 0° West 20 feet to the North right of way of Elm Avenue as it now exists, thence North 0° West 180 feet, thence South 90° East 89.50 feet to the West right of way of 28 1/2 Road as it now exists, thence South 0° East along said West right of way, 180 feet to said North right of way of Elm Avenue, thence North 90° West along said North right of way of Elm Avenue, 89.5 feet to the point of beginning,

from R1D (Residential) to PD-B (Planned Development-Business).
