ORDINANCE NO. 1824

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OR ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY CHANGING THE ZONING ON CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning on the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Lot 4, Block 8, PARTEE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION

from R1B (Single Family Residential) to H.O. (Highway Oriented).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 1979.
