ORDINANCE NO. 1828
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION
WHEREAS, an alley within the City of Grand Junction has been petitioned for vacation; and
WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Grand Junction Planning Commission, and would not result in any hardship to the City of Grand Junction or the inhabitants thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
That an alley within the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, and described as:
The ten foot alley lying South of and adjoining Lots 3 through 16, Block 163, CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION,
be and the same is hereby vacated.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 1979.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1828, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 18th day of July, 1979, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
