ORDINANCE NO. 1831

 

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT IN THE CITY

 

WHEREAS, the easement hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

 

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That the easement situate in Mesa County, Colorado, and described as:

 

A 10 foot utility easement along lot lines of Lot 5, Block 1, Motor City Subdivision, said lines described as beginning at the Northwest corner said Lot 5, the East 91 feet, thence South 40 feet, thence East 90 feet. Also, 10 foot utility easement adjacent to West lot lines of Lots 5 through 9, said Block 1, Motor City Subdivision,

 

be and the same is hereby vacated.

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 1979.
