ORDINANCE NO. 1835
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning of the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:
Beginning at a point 312 feet East of the Northwest corner of Block 9, Fairmount Subdivision; thence East 113.9 feet, thence South 00° 01' East 348 feet to the North bank of the Grand Valley Canal, thence along said bank South 80° 31' West 115.4 feet, thence South 81° 57' 30" West 93 feet, thence North 00° 01' West 200 feet, thence East 92 feet, thence North 00° 01' West 180 feet to the point of beginning,
from R-1-C (Single Family Residential) to PR (Planned Residential).
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1979.
