ORDINANCE NO. 1860
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT IN THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the easement hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and
WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That the easement situate in Mesa County, Colorado, and described as:
The West 10 feet of the North 115.24 feet of Lot 4, except the South 15 feet thereof, the West 10 feet of Lot 3, the West 10 feet of the South 72.23 feet of Lot 2, except the North 15 feet thereof, the East 10 feet of the South 130.31 feet of Lot 8, except the North 15 feet thereof, the South 10 feet of Lot 8, except the West 16 feet thereof, the East 10 feet of Lot 7 except the South 15 feet thereof, the North 10 feet of Lot 3, except the East 20 feet thereof and the South 10 feet of Lot 2, except the East 20 feet thereof, all in Block 1, MINERVA PARK SUBDIVISION,
be, and the same hereby is, vacated.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, 1980.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1860, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 19th day of December, 1979, and that the same was published in the Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
