ORDINANCE NO. 1863

 

AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAMES OF CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

That the following streets in the Falls Subdivision Filing No. 1 in the City of Grand Junction be renamed as follows:

 

The designations of NORTH GRANDEUR COURT, SOUTH GRANDEUR COURT and GRAND CASCADE COURT are deleted;

 

GRAND CASCADE ROAD shall be called GRAND CASCADE WAY;

 

PATTERSON COURT shall be called GRAND CASCADE COURT;

 

And that portion of GRAND VIEW COURT east of GRAND CASCADE ROAD is to be called GRAND CASCADE WAY.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1863, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 19th day of December, 1979, and that the same was published in the Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
