ORDINANCE NO. 1879

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the zoning of the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at a point which is North 582.3 feet and North 85 deg. 21 min. East 74.78 feet from the intersection of the North line Bedlands Power Canal and the West line of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian, thence North 85 deg. 20 min. East 169.22 feet, thence South 75 deg. 20 min. East 436 feet, thence South 75 deg. 30 min. East 31 feet, thence South 50 deg. 47 min. East 130 feet, thence South 20 deg. 47 min. East 250 feet, thence South 24 deg. 13 min. West 70.7 feet, thence South 69 deg. 13 min. West 752.2 feet, thence North 55 deg. 45 min. West to a point South of the point of Beginning, thence North to the point of beginning.

to the zoning category C-1 (Commercial - Light).
