ORDINANCE NO. 1884
AN ORDINANCE VACATING GOLDEN COURT SUBDIVISION AND ALL STREETS AND EASEMENTS THEREIN.
WHEREAS, the subdivision hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and
WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:
That the subdivision situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, and described as:
Lots 1-12 of GOLDEN COURT SUBDIVISION,
be and the same is hereby vacated, together with roadways therein, except the right of way for Patterson Road (F Road) on the north portion of said subdivision.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1980.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1884, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 16th day of April, 1980, and that the same was published in the Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
