ORDINANCE NO. 1889

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the zoning of the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at the West Quarter Corner of Section 3, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian, thence South 89 deg. 57 min. East 659.85 feet, thence North 00 deg. 01 min. West 980.2 feet, thence South 74 deg. 27 min. West 400.0 feet, thence South 64 deg. 16 min. West 141.0 feet, thence West 147.2 feet, thence South 811.2 feet to the point of beginning; EXCEPT the West and South 30 feet for road right of way, together with F 1/2 Road right of way on the South;

to the zoning category PR-21 (Planned Residential).
