ORDINANCE NO. 1895
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR EMPIRE SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, Empire Savings and Loan Association has petitioned the City of Grand Junction for a conditional use for a drive-up window in a Light Commercial zone of the City on the land described as follows:
BEginning at a point which is South 40 feet and West 40 feet from the Northeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 1 East, Ute Meridian; thence North 89 deg. 54 min. 00 sec. West 115.00 feet; thence South 00 deg. 06 min. 00 sec. East 190.00 feet; thence South 89 deg. 54 min. 00 sec. East 115.00 feet; thence North 00 deg. 06 min. 00 sec. West 190.00 feet to the point of beginning;
and
WHEREAS, a hearing was held on May 21, 1980, and the City Council has found and does hereby find that such conditional use would be in the public interest;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
That the application of Empire Savings and Loan Association for a conditional use for a drive-up window on the above described property be approved, in accordance with the plan submitted.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1895, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 21st day of May, 1980, and that the same was published in the Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
