ORDINANCE NO. 1900

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended by adding the zoning of the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

The South 244.50 feet of the West 417.50 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian, except the West and South 30 feet for county roads, and being more specifically described as follows: Beginning at a point which bears North 89 deg. 49 min. 50 sec. East 30.00 feet and North 00 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. East 30.00 feet from the South Quarter Corner of Section 4, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian, and considering the West line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 4 to bear North 00 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. East with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto; thence North 00 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. East 214.50 feet; thence North 89 deg. 49 min. 50 sec. East 387.50 feet, thence South 00 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. West 214.50 feet; thence South 89 deg. 49 min. 50 sec. West 387.50 feet to the point of beginning,

to the zoning category PB (Planned Business).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 1980.
