ORDINANCE NO. 1903

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT IN THE CITY

WHEREAS, the easement hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the easement situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, and described as:

A 15 foot utility and drainage easement being 7.5 feet on each side of the common lot line of Lots 2 and 3, Northside Park, except the Westerly 25 feet and the Easterly 15 feet of said easement and vacating the Easterly 15 feet of a 40 foot utility and drainage easement lying along the Westerly lot lines of Lots 2, 3, and 4 of said Northside Park,

be, and the same hereby is, vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 1980.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1903, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 16th day of July, 1980, and that the same was published in the Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
