ORDINANCE NO. 1912

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

WHEREAS, the easement hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the easement situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, and described as:

The South 2.7 feet of the 10 foot utility, drainage and irrigation easement on the North end of Lot 6, APPLECREST SUBDIVISION,

be, and the same hereby is, vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 1980.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1912, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 17th day of September,1 980, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
