ORDINANCE NO. 1918

AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING TAXICAB LICENSE FEES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That Section 30-37(b) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:

(b) Driver. The annual license fee for each driver's license shall be ten dollars' PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT THE ORIGINAL LICENSE FEE SHALL BE FIVE DOLLARS IF THE DRIVER IS LICENSED AFTER JULY 1ST OF THE YEAR."
