ORDINANCE NO. 1934

AN ORDINANCE CHANGING SEWER RATES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That Section 25-47(A)(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:

"(a) (2) Beginning with the billings sent out February 1, 1981, the EQU will be four dollars and ninety-five cents ($4.95)."
