ORDINANCE NO. 1951

AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR ROBERT McCLUNG.

WHEREAS, Robert McClung has petitioned the City of Grand Junction for a conditional use for a church building and day care center on property zoned Single Family Residential in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, and described as:

The North 652.8 feet of the West Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian except the South 160 feet of the West 103 feet thereof and except the West 30 feet thereof for road right of way;

and

WHEREAS, a hearing was held on March 18, 1981, and the City Council has found and does hereby find that such conditional use would be in the public interest;

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the application of Robert McClung for a conditional use for a church building and day care center on the above described property be approved.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 1981.
