ORDINANCE NO. 1953

AN ORDINANCE VACATING EASEMENTS IN THE CITY.

WHEREAS, the easements hereinafter described have been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the easements situate in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa and State of Colorado, and described as:

The following easements all in Block 17, Pheasant Run, Spring Valley Filing No. Six:

The fifteen (15) foot utility easement along the Westerly line of Lots 1 through 4, Block 17 Pheasant Run, Spring Valley Filing No. Six.

The Southerly seven (7) foot utility easement except the Easterly 10 feet thereof in Lot 3, Block 17, Pheasant Run, Spring Valley Filing No. Six.

The Northerly ten (10) foot utility easement except the Easterly 10 feet thereof in Lot 2, Block 17, Pheasant Run, Spring Valley Filing No. Six.

Said easements to be relocated in the plat of First Addition to Pheasant Run, Spring Valley and Replat of Lots 1 through 7, Block 17, Pheasant Run, Spring Valley Filing No. Six.

The above-described easements are hereby vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 1981.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1953, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 18th day of March, 1981, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
