ORDINANCE NO. 1955

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT IN THE CITY

WHEREAS, the easement hereinafter described has been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacation has been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the easement situate in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa and State of Colorado, and described as:

The East five (5) feet of a fifteen foot utility easement along the West property line of Lot 20, Horizon Park Plaza Subdivision located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 1 North, Range 1 West, EXCEPT the North and South Ten (10) feet of said easement,

be and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 1981.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1955, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 18th day of March, 1981, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
