ORDINANCE NO. 1956

AMENDING THE ZONING TEXT TO REMOVE ALL BUSINESS USES FROM THE R-3 MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That Section 3b(6)B of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction is amended to read as follows:

Section B. Conditional Uses:

Assembly Use 2.5, 2.6, 2.7
