ORDINANCE NO. 1957

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

A parcel of land in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 25, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian, beginning at the Northwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 25; thence South 00 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. West a distance of 293.2 feet to the North right of way of Highway 6 & 50; thence along said right of way South 69 deg. 23 min. East a distance of 28.3 feet; thence continuing along said right of way South 65 deg. 05 min. 30 sec. East a distance of 200.5 feet; thence continuing along said right of way South 69 deg. 29 min. East a distance of 1164.83 feet; thence North 00 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. East a distance of 794.73 feet to the centerline of B1/2 Road and the North line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter North 89 deg. 57 min. West a distance of 1299.29 feet to the true point of beginning, including right of way on B1/2 Road,

to the zoning category H.O. (Highway Oriented).
