ORDINANCE NO. 1967

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the following entitled Ordinance:

THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT CODE,

said Ordinance repealing and reenacting the zoning and subdivision regulations of the City, these now being parts or all of Chapter 32 and 27 of the Code of Ordinances of the City, being Ordinance No. 1967, was introduced, the title read, and was ordered published in pamphlet form by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a special meeting of said body held on the 4th day of May, 1981, and that Notice of Hearing before its final adoption was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage May 20, 1981.
