ORDINANCE NO. 1982

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TWO OF THE COMPUTATIONS FOR DETERMINING THE PLANT INVESTMENT FEE FOR SEWER TREATMENT.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

1. That subsection H of Section 25-73B of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:

H. Travel trailer park (K.O.A. etc.): .45 x number of trailer parking spaces E.Q.U.

2. That subsection N of Section 25-73B of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended to read as follows:

N. Laundry - coin operated: 0.90 x number of washing machines E.Q.U.
