ORDINANCE NO. 1993

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended by changing the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 264.00 feet South of the Northeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian, and on the East line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 7; thence South along the East line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 7 a distance of 168.00 feet; thence West 330.00 feet; thence North 186.00 feet; thence East 330.00 feet to the point of beginning.

from RSF-8 (Single Family Residential - 8 units per acre) to PR-20 (Planned Residential - 20 units per acre).
