ORDINANCE NO. 2004

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction be amended by changing the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Lots 1 and 2 in Block 76, CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

Lot 3 and the West 20 feet of Lot 4, Block 76, CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION;

Lot 5 and the East 5 feet of Lot 4, Block 76, CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION;

Lots 6 and 7, Block 76, CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION;

Lots 8 and 9 in Block 76, CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION;

The East Half of Lot 11 and the North 76 feet of Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 in Block 76, CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION;

and

The South 50 feet of Lots 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 in Block 76, CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION;

from RMF-64 (Multi-Family Residential - 64 units per acre) to P (Parking).

PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 1981.
