ORDINANCE NO. 2032

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning of the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Block 9 of Fairmont Subdivision, whose North line bears North 90 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. East and all bearings contained herein to be relative thereto; thence North 90 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. East 220.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continue North 90 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. East 205.90 feet; thence South 00 deg. 01 min. 00 sec. East 348.00 feet; thence South 80 deg. 31 min. 00 sec. West 115.40 feet; thence South 81 deg. 57 min. 30 sec. West 93.00 feet (calculated to be 92.98 feet); thence North 00 deg. 01 min. 00 sec. West 380.00 feet (calculated to be 380.02 feet) to the true point of beginning,

from R-1-C (Single Family Residential) to PR-16.5 (Planned Residential - 16-5 units per acre).

This Ordinance is made to correct Ordinance No. 2021 passed December 2, 1981, to show the new zoning as PR-16.5 rather than PR-16.
