ORDINANCE NO. 2039

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SIGNATURES TO DRAW ON THE CHECKING ACCOUNTS OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That Section 13 of Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:

"Section 2-13. Signatures authorized for city checking accounts.

Checks drawing on the various accounts of the city shall require the signature of the City Manager or the Finance Director and either the Assistant Finance Director or the Finance Officer Manager."
