ORDINANCE NO. 2043

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning of the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Beginning 5 feet West and 210 feet South of the Northwest Corner of Block 11 in Fairmount Subdivision, thence South 70 feet, thence East 170 feet, thence North 70 feet, thence West 170 feet to the point of beginning,

from RSF-8 (Single Family Residential - 8 units per acre) to PB (Planned Business).

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 1982.
