ORDINANCE NO. 2048

VACATING AN EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

WHEREAS, Stephen B. Johnson has petitioned for the vacation of an easement described as follows:

The South 20 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3 and the North 10 feet of Lots 20, 21 and 22, except the West 10 feet of the North 10 feet of Lot 22, all in EXPOSITION ARCADE, City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado;

and

WHEREAS, said vacation has been approved by the Grand Junction Planning Commission and the City Engineer;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the vacation of the described easement be approved.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1982.
