ORDINANCE NO. 2050

VACATING AN ALLEY IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

WHEREAS, G & S Investments-College Square/Doss Simpson have petitioned for the vacation of an alley described as follows:

Alley between Lots 7-15, 20-28, Block 2 HENDERSON HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, Mesa County, Colorado,

and

WHEREAS, said vacation has been approved by the Grand Junction Planning Commission and the City Engineer;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the vacation of the above described alley be approved.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1982.
