ORDINANCE NO. 2054

 

AN ORDINANCE VACATING EASEMENTS IN THE CITY.

 

WHEREAS, the easements hereinafter described have been petitioned for vacation; and

 

WHEREAS, such vacations have been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That the easements situate in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, and described as:

 

Utility and irrigation easements lying within the Second Addition to O'Nan Subdivision and lying northerly of the northwesterly right-of-way of Horizon Drive as described in Book 822, Page 245, Mesa County Records,

 

be and the same are hereby vacated.

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1982.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 2054, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 5th day of May, 1982, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
