ORDINANCE NO. 2060

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

1. That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the zoning of the following described land situate in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian; thence North 89 deg. 54 min. 30 sec. West 15 feet; thence South 00 deg. 05 min. 30 sec. West 30 feet; thence South 80 deg. 54 min. 30 sec. West 116.7 feet, thence South 21 deg. 55 min. West 96.2 feet; thence South 13 deg. 45 min. East 105.45 feet; thence South 69 deg. 23 min. East 179.09 feet; thence South 65 deg. 05 min. 30 sec. East 200.5 feet; thence South 69 deg. 29 min. East 797.16 feet; thence due North 666.38 feet to the centerline of B1/2 Road and the North line of the said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence North 89 deg. 57 min. West along the North line of the said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter 955.5 feet to the Point of Beginning, together with the right-of-way for B1/2 Road,

to the Zoning Category H.O. (Highway Oriented).

2. This Ordinance is made to correct an error in the description of Ordinance No. 1683 passed and adopted June 1, 1977.
