ORDINANCE NO. 2063

AN ORDINANCE VACATING EASEMENTS IN THE CITY.

WHEREAS, the easements hereinafter described have been petitioned for vacation; and

WHEREAS, such vacations have been approved by the Planning Commission, would not deprive anyone of access to property and would not be detrimental to the inhabitants of the City of Grand Junction;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the following easements within the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

All utility easements and sanitary sewer easement, as shown on Plat of Village Fair Subdivision, as recorded at 2:12 P.M., January 7, 1982, in Plat Book 13, Page 1 in the office of the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder.

be and the same are hereby vacated.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 1982.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 2063, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 16th day of June, 1982, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
