ORDINANCE 2069

AN ORDINANCE VACATING A RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

WHEREAS, John Bray has petitioned the City of Grand Junction for the vacation of a right-of-way described as follows:

Commencing at the NW Corner of Lot 10, Block 4 Orchard Mesa Heights Annexation to the City of Grand Junction, Colorado; Thence S 00 deg. 10 min. 00 sec. E along the west property line of said Lot 10 a distance of 3.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence continuing S 00 deg. 10 min. 00 sec. E along the west property line of said Lot 10 a distance of 122.47 feet; Thence S 90 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. W 12.50 feet; Thence N 00 deg. 10 min. 00 sec. W 122.47 feet; Thence N 90 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. E 12.50 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.

and

WHEREAS, said vacation has been approved by the Grand Junction Planning Commission and the City Engineer;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the vacation of the above described right-of-way be approved.
