ORDINANCE NO. 2078

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, to wit:

 

Lot 1 and that part of Lots 2 and 3 of Fairmount Heights Subdivision described as follows: Beginning at a point 10 feet South and 14 feet West of the Southeast Corner of said Lot 2, thence East 14 feet, thence North along the East line of said Lots 2 and 3 to the Northeast Corner of Said Lot 2, thence West along the north line of said Lot 2 to the Northwest Corner thereof, thence South along the West Line of said Lot 2, 65 feet, thence East 187.8 feet, thence Southeasterly to the point of beginning,

 

from RSF-8 (Residential Single Family - 8 units per acre) to PB (Planned Business).

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 1982.
