ORDINANCE NO. 2081

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

WHEREAS, Anne H. Gould has petitioned the City of Grand Junction for the vacation of the following described easement:

A 10-foot irrigation and utility easement over and across the North 10 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, LAKESIDE SUBDIVISION, except the West 10 feet thereof;

AND

WHEREAS, said vacation has been approved by the Grand Junction Planning Commission and the City Engineer;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the vacation of the above described easement be approved.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 1982.
