ORDINANCE NO. 2086

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

WHEREAS, Thomas Karlen and Charles Holmes have petitioned the City of Grand Junction for the vacation of the following described utility easement located in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa and State of Colorado, to wit:

The West 50 feet of an easement recorded in Book 815 at Page 126;

and

WHEREAS, said vacation has been approved by the Grand Junction Planning Commission and the City Engineer;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the above described easement be approved for vacation.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of December, 1982.
