ORDINANCE NO. 2087

 

AN ORDINANCE VACATING EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

 

WHEREAS, Jerry Eisenhauer, James Eisenhauer and Steven Kinkead have petitioned the City of Grand Junction for the vacation of the following described sewer and utility easements located in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa and State of Colorado, to wit:

 

A 10-foot utility easement over and across the East 10 feet of Tract A of a Replat of Lots 5 and 7, Peterson-Irwin Subdivision, except the South 15 feet thereof and over and across the West 10 feet of Lot 3 of said subdivision except the South 15 feet; and

 

A utility easement along the North line of Lot 3 and a utility easement running North/South through said Lot 3 as recorded in Book 960, Page 48 all in Peterson-Irwin Subdivision;

 

and

 

WHEREAS, said vacations have been approved by the Grand Junction Planning Commission and the City Engineer;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That the above described easements be approved for vacation.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 2087, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 17th day of November, 1982, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City, at least ten days before its final passage.
