ORDINANCE NO. 2088

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado to wit:

That real property described as being a part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian; Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 7; thence North 00 deg. 00 min. 01 sec. East along the East line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 7 a distance of 227.21 feet; thence North 89 deg. 55 min. 33 sec. West 30.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence South 00 deg. 00 min. 01 sec. West 227.25 feet; thence South 00 deg. 01 min. 25 sec. East 21.01 feet; thence South 89 deg. 58 min. 35 sec. West 239.78 feet; thence North 00 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. East 248.67 feet; thence South 89 deg. 55 min. 33 sec. East 239.77 feet to the True Point of Beginning;

to the zoning category RSF-4 (Residential Single-Family, 4 Units Per Acre).
