ORDINANCE NO. 2114

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by changing the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, to wit:

Beginning 25 feet North and South 89 deg. 41 min. East 25 feet from the Southwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 1 East of the Ute Meridian, thence North 190 feet, South 89 deg. 41 min. East 177.5 feet, South 90 feet, North 89 deg. 41 min. West 177.5 feet to the Point of Beginning,

from PR-12.4 (Planned Residential - 12.4 units per acre) to RSF-8 (Single Family Residential - 8 units per acre).
