ORDINANCE NO. 2120

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by the addition of the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, to wit:

Beginning at a point which is North 00 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. East 1041.32 feet and South 54 deg. 40 min. 00 sec. East 75.11 feet and North 01 deg. 17 min. 56 sec. East 465 feet from the Southeast corner of Section 16, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian, thence North 01 deg. 17 min. 56 sec. east 154.95 feet, thence South 85 deg. 20 min. 00 sec. West 75.12 feet, thence North 00 deg. 06 min. 07 sec. East 16.34 feet, thence North 89 deg. 05 min. 21 sec. West 136.71 feet, thence North 89 deg. 53 min. 53 sec. West 119.70 feet, thence North 84 deg. 49 min. 50 sec. West 50.37 feet, thence North 85 deg. 11 min. 53 sec. West 112.61 feet, thence South 00 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. West 245.00 feet, thence South 85 deg. 00 min. 00 sec. East 230 feet, thence North 72 deg. 14 min. 30 sec. East 274.02 feet to the point of beginning,

to the zoning category RSF-8 (Residential Single Family - 8 Units per acre).
