ORDINANCE NO. 2124

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by the addition of the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, to wit:

 

Beginning at a point 392 feet South of the Northeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian, thence North along the East line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 15 to the North line of said Section 15, thence West along said North line to intersection with the Northeast line of the railroad, thence Southeasterly along said Northeasterly line of the railroad to a point West of the point of beginning, thence East to the point of beginning,

 

to the zoning category C-1 (Commercial - Light).

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 1983.
