ORDINANCE NO. 2139

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, to wit:

 

Beginning at a point 605 feet North of the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian; thence West 280 feet, thence North 310 feet, thence East 280 feet, thence South 310 feet to Beginning; and

 

Beginning 605 feet North and 280 feet West of the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian; thence West 30 feet, thence North 310 feet, thence East 30 feet, thence South 310 feet to Beginning;

 

to the zoning category RSF-4 (Residential Single Family - 4 units per acre).

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, 1983.
