ORDINANCE NO. 2142

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION BY ADDING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CITY.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That the Zoning Map, a part of Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, be amended by adding the zoning of the following described land situated in the City of Grand Junction, County of Mesa, State of Colorado, to wit:

 

From Zone C-1 (Commercial - Light) -

 

Lots 1 through 6, both inclusive in Block 2 of SIX & FIFTY WEST SUBDIVISION;

 

to Zone PC (Planned Commercial); and

 

From RMF-64 (Residential Multi-Family - 64 units per acre) -

 

Lots 1 and 2 of CARPENTER'S SUBDIVISION NO. 2;

 

to Zone PC (Planned Commercial).

 

PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 1983.
